Changes to our online ticketing system

You may have noticed when purchasing tickets through our website a slight change in how things are processed.

Previously, you would have been taken to an external ticketing provider to complete your purchase. This will still happen, but that provider is now Ticketsource and from your perspective there will not be much difference in the booking process.

However there is one significant change that is worth mentioning. Once tickets have been purchased online, an email will be sent containing a link so that you can print tickets at home - no more queuing at the Box Office before a show!

From our perspective, it means some big changes, we’ll now be able to get a more detailed insight into what our customers are purchasing (or not) which allow us to plan and programme better in future.

As always, if you would prefer tickets are still available to purchase via the Theatre Box Office on 01572 820820 and whoever you speak to on the phone will be using Ticketsource to record your order and take payment. It is a relatively straightforward system, but please do bear with us whilst we get used to everything.
